September has been a busy month here at ShareWillow. We’ve been focusing on improving our plan builder to support incentive plans that meet your company’s unique goals.
Calculating Award Pools
We heard that our customers wanted more flexibility in how they calculated their award pools. We had previously only supported taking a percentage from total profit.
Now you can:
Take a fixed percentage from only the amount over the threshold
Create award tiers depending on a profit or revenue range
Apply the percentages incrementally


Plan Frequencies
It’s now possible to create monthly or bi-annual plans. We’ve found that most customers prefer to do either monthly or quarterly.

Plan Dates
When creating a plan with ShareWillow you have the flexibility to backfill for a previous start date, start on the next available date or schedule for the future. This means you can introduce an incentive plan mid way through a period, reward employees for past performance or get a head start on implementing this with your team!
