Award Tables
As an admin you can now easily track which thresholds were met and by how much they were exceed or not met.
On the employee view, participants will see which thresholds were met without exposing the final values
Custom Plan Notes
For custom plans, you can now add detailed notes to share context about the award received with your team.
Reviewing Distribution
Our new review distribution UI makes it easy to enter all threshold values in one screen, clearly seeing how the team performed that period. Easily enter each individual’s performance to finalize their payouts.
