Introducing Our New Brand New Plan Builder & Incentive Templates

We completely rebuilt our incentive plan builder from the ground up and include best practices and recommendations for every step along the way.

“But my state doesn’t allow performance pay… now what?”

We’ve solved the state compliance issue by adding an option to run hourly pay and performance pay in parallel and offering the performance pay as a top up to an hourly rate.

Payout Simulations

We also heard that you want to run payout simulations before going live to make sure everything looks good. Now, before you publish a plan, you can run it against real or mock data to see exactly what each employee will earn based on your actual job data.
