We’re excited to share the release of our new feature, custom plans. This allows you to use the ShareWillow platform to manage awards for any incentive plan.
How it works
Simply enter the plan name, year, frequency and upload the plan docs you’d like to share with your team.
At the end of each period, enter the final awards for each employee and leave a note to provide them with additional context.
No matter what plan it is, employees can stay up to date on their performance and keep a record of historical payouts.
