This past release added a major enhancement to the distribution formula of our pool based plans.

Custom Criteria

You can now use ANY metric as part of your distribution formula! Identify the metrics that matter most, assign weights, and incentivize employee based on the KPIs that drive the most impact.

This includes common criteria such as: Attendance, Customer Reviews, Recall and Safety Scores.

Managing Roles, Departments & Levels

Easily manage employees, departments, roles, and their respective levels in the People tab. Assign each role a level that reflects their responsibility & seniority to use it as part of the distribution criteria.

Role Based Criteria

Role is a great distribution criteria option for plans that include participants from varying teams or for a department plan that includes individuals of different experience levels. This ensures awards distributed are proportionate to the seniority of each employee.

Hourly Compensation

Hourly employees are now supported in plans using compensation as part of the distribution formula. You can either annualize their pay rates to compare to salaried worked or enter hours worked each period.
