We’re so excited to share with you our latest update - a brand new data import tool.
With this new feature you can import, upload, or email reports directly from your CRM, ERP, or job management software. Whether you use Housecall Pro, BuilderTrend, ProCore or another software platform, automatically import your data to use alongside your employee incentive plans.
Previously you would need to manually fill out the final threshold amounts and individual performance for each period. But double data-entry ain’t cool and neither is manual work, so we automated everything.
How it Works

Email or Upload Reports
Once the period has ended, you will be notified that it’s time to review distribution. Using the unique email associated with your plan and the respective distribution period, you can forward relevant reports containing the information needed directly to the platform. Alternatively you can upload the same reports directly to the platform.
From there our AI data transform will extract the relevant information to determine if thresholds were met and to calculate individual awards.
Use the Distribution Template
Once your plan is published, you have the option to download your plan’s distribution template. This will allow you to fill out each individual’s distribution criteria values and then upload it to the plan once the period is ready for review.
